Returns Policy


To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at support@FCSprinting.com  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damages or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What can be returned: Due to the nature of custom printed orders, returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Most commonly approved returns are orders that were damaged in shipping, or a defect in the base product itself.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns related to errors within the your artwork once it has been approved. Because of this we highly encourage customers to make sure their artwork is submitted in the approved formats with a minimum of 300dpi.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Should a refund be the considered resolution, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if it was approved.  If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method for the portion of the order being returned. 

For instance if you ordered 100 shirts and sold 20 of them before returning the other 80, we will refun or reprint based on the 80 shirts remaining should your claim be approved.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
